Do we need a Gaming License to host a Casino Night?
In order to play host to a Casino themed evening you do NOT need
a gaming licence as the act of gambling does not involve the

Does the cost go down if we book early or have
more events?
Absolutely! Booking that are taken two months in advance are
entitled to a 10% Discount. Multiple bookings from 2-4 events
per year are entitled to a 15% Discount. Multiple bookings in
excess of 4 events per year are entitled to an unbeatable 20%

Do you supply the Casino Dealers?
Absolutely! Our Dealers are some of the Best Croupiers that
Casinos have to offer this side of England. Not only are they
experienced, knowledgeable and well groomed but they are also

How do you run the event as a competition?
Mostly we run all our events as a competition. Everyone starts
out with the same amount of Fun Money. By the end of the night
who ever has managed to accumulate the maximum Fun Money - is

Mostly our clientele prefer to handle the prizes but in the
event that you wanted us to take care of it, we do offer some

What is the legal procedure for using the Casino
as a Fundraiser?
It is a simple procedure. You hire Pans Casino in the usual way.
Then instead of just giving out the Fun Money to your guests,
you sell it to them in exchange for hard currency. All of this
real money that is raised is accepted as a donation by the

How long can we play for?
We
will usually open the tables for gaming for a three hour period,
however although we are flexible, all gaming times must be
agreed prior to the event. We offer gaming till 12:30 as part of
our Premium Package, to get more info on our Premium and Bespoke
Packages view our Party Packages.
